These terms summarise how ordering, payment, delivery, refunds and replacements work, using exactly the terms published in our Refund & Replacement Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Fancy.com.bd is a Bangladesh-based digital subscription store offering Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT Plus, VPN, Microsoft Office and more.

2. Digital products and delivery

  • Our products are digital and delivered instantly.
  • Your subscription is activated and delivered to your email or WhatsApp within minutes of payment.
  • For some subscriptions, we may ask for an email address to activate the service on your own account. We never ask for your passwords; subscriptions are activated on your own account or via invite links.

3. Ordering and payment

  • You can pay via bKash Payment and manual bKash, Nagad or Rocket payments.
  • For manual bKash, Nagad or Rocket payments, your payment transaction ID (TrxID) and the mobile number you paid from are needed to verify the payment.
  • Order information, including your name, mobile number and email address, is needed to process and deliver your order.

4. Cancellations, refunds and replacement

  • You may cancel your order for a full refund before we deliver the subscription. Once delivered, the replacement warranty below applies instead.
  • Full refund if we fail to deliver your subscription within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
  • No refund after successful delivery and activation, because digital subscriptions cannot be returned.
  • If you paid but we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your bKash, Nagad or Rocket account within 48 hours.

7-Day Replacement Warranty: if your subscription stops working or you cannot access it due to a problem on our side, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Just contact us on WhatsApp at 01922438785 with your order number.

  • to contact you about your order, including delivery, replacement or support;
