Refund & Replacement Policy

At Fancy.com.bd, we sell digital products and subscriptions (Netflix, Spotify, YouTube Premium, and more). Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund and replacement terms are as follows:

7-Day Replacement Warranty

If your subscription stops working or you cannot access it due to a problem on our side, we will replace it free of charge within 7 days of delivery. Just contact us on WhatsApp at 01922438785 with your order number.

Refunds

Full refund if we fail to deliver your subscription within 24 hours of confirmed payment.
No refund after successful delivery and activation, because digital subscriptions cannot be returned.
If you paid but we cannot fulfil your order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your bKash/Nagad/Rocket account within 48 hours.

How to Claim

Message us on WhatsApp (01922438785) or call us with your order number and payment transaction ID (TrxID). We respond within a few hours, 9 AM – 11 PM every day.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund before we deliver the subscription. Once delivered, the replacement warranty above applies instead.
